Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect on ngworkshop.co.il, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights available to you.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Who we are
NG Workshop is a software and process engineering company based in Kibbutz Ramat Hashofet, Israel. We operate ngworkshop.co.il and are responsible for the information collected through it.
For any privacy question, contact us at workshop@ngworkshop.co.il.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you provide — your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message or chat conversation, when you contact us through the contact form or the AI assistant chat.
- Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, referring source, pages viewed, and time spent on them. This is gathered through measurement tools and used in aggregate.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up with you.
- To deliver agreed services and manage the business relationship.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its content and experience.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Providing information is voluntary
You are under no legal obligation to give us your details. Without a name and a way to reach you, however, we cannot respond. Submitting the form or the chat constitutes consent to use that information for the purposes set out in this policy.
Service providers and third parties
We rely on service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — site hosting and form submissions. Enquiries sent to us are stored privately in our account with the service and used to handle your request.
- Google Gemini — the language model behind the AI assistant chat. Conversation content is sent to Google for processing in order to generate the reply.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — site usage measurement, subject to your consent to measurement cookies.
- Google Fonts — loading the site typeface. The request exposes your IP address to Google servers.
- YouTube — embedded videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie), which sets no cookies until a video is played.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of the providers above store and process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. By contacting us through the site you consent to that transfer.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses cookies that are essential to its operation, and measurement cookies that help us understand how the site is used.
Advertising cookies never load without your explicit consent. Measurement cookies load by default, except for visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, where they wait for the consent given in the consent banner.
You can give, change, or withdraw consent at any time, from anywhere, through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete and block cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and security
We keep enquiries and contact details for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and afterwards for any further period required to meet legal obligations. Measurement data is retained in aggregate according to the default settings of the measurement tools.
We apply accepted security measures to protect the information, including encrypted traffic to the site and limiting access to staff who need it. No online system, however, offers absolute protection.
Access, correction, and deletion
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is not accurate, complete, or up to date, and ask for it to be deleted. Send your request to workshop@ngworkshop.co.il and we will handle it within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is aimed at business clients and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of the page, and the updated version applies from the date it is published.
